The human resources frame of an organization places more of its emphasis on the people and their need. It is of vital importance to an organization as people are they key ingredient to the success of organizations and because of the HR Frame, it focuses on giving employees the power and the opportunity to perform their jobs well. And although it focuses on the people/employees, this frame stays focus on addressing their needs of connection, development and job satisfaction. The HR Frame emphasis on people creates a work culture that feels supported and heard by all parties involved.

Reflection
I have learned that support of human resources are very important to organizations. In my case analysis, it helped me be more aware of the resources our organization has and the time and effort that team takes to support company decisions and communications that stay true to the Mission and Values. As a leader, often times I may know that I may run into an issue that requires more support to better navigate the situation(s).
