Organization and Situation
For my personal case analysis, I used an experience from the current organization I work for which is Starbucks. Working to the organization for nearly ten years thus far, I have ran into many situations, big and small. For this assignment in particular, I decided to focus on the incident that occured in a Philadelphia Starbucks cafe in the Spring of 2018. The issue involve two young black men who with arrested for sitting inside a store without purchasing something cause a media and social justice uproar.

Reflection
With selecting this incident to navigate my course of OGL 481, I felt confident to present artifacts the support the organization's framework around their decision making and responsibility responding with the right people and the right tool and resource. Reflecting on this issue and the way Starbucks chose to respond has impacted me as a leader for this company to this day. What I am most proud of is that I am able to work for an company with all strives to align all their decisions based on their Mission and Values. As a leader(for Starbucks), I can confidently say I work for a company that values me as a human being and, in return, I give that back to my team and customers.
