Goal One - Area Store Manager of the Quarter (Starbucks)

By the end of Fiscal Year 2021, I would like to recieve Store Manager of the Qtr. for my area.

Goal Two - Complete Undergraduate Program

By end of the 20/21 Arizona State University school year, my goal is to complete my degree and receive my B.A. in Organizational Leadership (Project Management).

Goal Three - District Manager (Starbucks)

I aspire to continue my growth and development with Starbucks and because so, I would love to promote to a District Manager role by Fall 2022.

Goal Four - Master Program

I would love to continue my education of higher learning. By late 2022, I would like to commit to attending Arizona State University's Organizational Leadership Master's program.

Goal Five - Regional Director (Starbucks)

I would love myself to be inspired and encouraged to continue my Starbucks development and growth. By 2025, I aspire to promote to a Regional Director role.
