It is important for me to be able to manage effectively my project(s), big or small. By implementing an ideal approach and using real-life past experiences, I am to be mindful of executing priorities in the appropriate time and continuously focus on the project by creating a project plan that translates well to my team and clients. I also must be able to evaluate any contingencies and/or risks and based my decisions sound and healthy based on those contingency or risk. When managing projects, I must represent a non bias approach and make my decisions that fulfil the purpose and vision or the project. By creating a culture of growth mindset and engagement within my team, I also can create a successful project result.

Reflection
Project management is an important competency because it is foundation of what Organizational Leadership is and how it should be performed. I strongly believe that by understanding and practicing the basics of project management obsessively, projects will be executed and completed in a responsible manner. Throughout my project management education, I have better grasped understanding on why project management if a core component in organizational leadership. Utilizing the tools and resources provide in my courses, also, has allowed me to modify my current approach both professionally and personally with real life experiences and scenarios.
As for myself, I have really honed my craft in project management quite effectively simply by challenging my very own mindset. TO be honest, at the start of my learnings, I have quite nervous with the subject of Project Management and what is really meant. I learned almost immediately that anything can be a project and that built my confidence and reassurance that I have, indeed, been project managing without necessarily know I was. What built my confidence even more so was that I was able to apply my learnings immediately in my current role and practice on modifying my skills and knowledge gaps. Learning and practicing these skills has helped me become a much better leader as is has allowed my to plan and activate accordingly while maintaining a positive and thoughtful mindset.
