The Symbolic Frame

The Symbolic Frame addresses people's needs in the sense of the purpose and the meaning in their own work. This frame truly focuses on inspiring people. This is done by leaders making the organization's direction feel significant and distinctive. This frame also includes focus on creating a motivating vision and recognizing excellence and performance through internal and external company celebrations.

Reflection

Firstly, all can agree that Starbucks really focuses on symbolism as their strongest frame. From our green apron to our Mission and Values, it resonates how we perform always. In regard to this incident, this was the frame or direction the company moved towards to when communicate the intent our our training and communications. I think I was very wise to stay grounded and true to these symbols during this situation because it was one this all partners(employees) shared.
