The Structural Frame
The structural frame focuses on the obvious "how" of change. This frame focuses primarily on the strategy of the issue on hand by setting measurable goals, clarifying tasks and responsibilities. The structural frame, also, sets on agreeing on metrics and deadlines while creating effective systems and procedures. This frame is important because it provides structure and organization that allows an organization to successful move forward.

Reflection
My experience of this case and the organization, I found myself very supported to perform a dialogue/discussion with my team. More importantly, I felt supported with the given tools in case of an issue or concern when connecting with customers or local media. In all organizations, structure is needed to solidify that there is no misunderstanding or miscommunication amongst all team members regardless of role. The ability the understand the structural frame also allows organizations to streamline urgent matter to the right people.
